This week, we talk about core values, what they are, and how to assign them.

• Core values are the heartbeat of your being.
• They are the non negotiable things in life.
• Core values should not change very often.
• Core values should seek to eject those who don't embrace them.

We invite you to work with us in defining your core values. This week, we start talking about Doug's project, The Goldberry Roasting Company. We will soon begin working on Sergio's company, Coding For Hire.

Goldberry Roasting Company has spent some serious time crafting their business so that it is not only beneficial and sustaining for each step in the process, but it equips those involved to sustain themselves.

Golderry's Core Values

• Sustainability - Each link in the chain must be sustainable on their own.
• Relationships - relationships create the most fertile ground for success.
• Development - Goldberry seeks situations where they can develop thing for the better in sustainable manners. Looking for solutions that develop long term solutions for the greater good.
• Spiritual - You can get everything else right, but if you neglect spiritual elements, the whole enterprise can fail.
